My sky stream pick keeps causing my tv to black screen

I added sky sports to my subscription, since this every time I watch live tv or any app after a few minutes it causes my tv screen to go black! I have checked the HDMI cable which is fine, I have tried it on 2 different tv's and the same happens, I have rebooted the puck- no change! I am very unhappy and disappointed with this service as I am unable to watch anything!

@Dani94   This is a problem I haven't come across.  I would suggest you contact Sky on 0333 7591 018, as we are only customers ourselves.

Hi @Dani94 that's not good!

There's a high chance that this is correlation not causation because it would be very unusual for a package change to crash your box, especially within apps.

I would suggest that perhaps it's more likely is that it's coincidentally broken in some other way and hopefully someone can come along to escalate this for you to get it resolved soon.
