Puck Froze, Reset, Cannot Link to account

Sky Stream Puck connected via ethernet cable - Freezing during Films and Live TV events.
Switched off and on to try resolve problem - no difference 

Has been happening number of months . Even reset my super fast broadband 900mb.

Eventually ( 2 days ago ) reset the puck ( amber red colours etc )

Puck downloaded software and given code to link account.

 

my account can see the puck with serial number and states all ok  BUT the puck still wants me to link account .

Trouble is the activate account link takes me to the normal sign in .

I am currently on the line with SKY Team for 100...

@Dunk_UK   Make sure you're logged in to your Sky account before activating the puck, which you will need to do since you did a full reset.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
