In my experience they are slow, prone to glitching and random restarts. They stops playing And restarts a streamed program from the begining. 

not as good as sky Q.

@ScoobyDrewUK While your post is helpful, I must say you start off pretty obnoxiously. Telling people that millions use pucks with no problems is simply fatuous. Who cares? how is that relevant? And  do you know that many people aren't having problems and simply aren't posting about it? The fact is that our problems with the puck and sky admit it.

I have to restart my puck virtually every day to get it to connect properly and not have issues with lagging / disconnecting.  I've just given up with Sky and accepted that this is something I need to do.  I know people will say, it could be this, or that, it’s 100% the puck.  I have no issues with any other connected device and restarting the puck fixes it every time.

I find Sky Customer service horrendous. It has got much worse since the Sky was acquired by Comcast. I had sky glass for a while and finally returned it as it wouldn't connect. Had an excellent agent who admitted that Sky  products had many issues.
