Puc not connecting to broadband
Just had new router, has been fine for the first few days - everything else in the house is connecting but today the PUC wont connect to internet?

Hi @Sarah479 Give the following a try as it has worked for me in the past:
Put the puck to Standby and then unplug both your puck and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet.

Hello @Sarah479,
Try restarting both the router and the PUC. If that doesn’t help, check if the router is using IPv6—some devices like the Sky Puck may have issues with it. Switching the router to IPv4-only mode has resolved similar problems for others. Also, ensure the PUC is within range and not blocked by MAC filtering. Let me know your router model if you need exact steps.
