Message saying "please wait for your message to load"!and nothing happens until other message comes up "there is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later"

WiFi. No programme loading for 45 mins but it's now back on. First time this has happened but I guess it is a speed issue

Is the Sky Stream connected via Wifi or ethernet?
