Program loading

Issue with all channels saying Please wait while program load. It been like this before now again tonight for over an hour! Why ? Internet and WiFi reporting working and connected

Hi @Kazcontrol . I very occasionally get the same problem and I find that pressing the home button and then selecting a different channel and watching it for a few seconds before returning the channel that was telling you to wait will frequently resolve the problem.

 

If this doesn't help do a restart of your puck by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t panic when you first start the process.
