Problems with sky stream channels 108 and 109

Any one else finding that channels 108 and 109 aren't working on sky stream..

 

 

 

Just getting "please wait for your channel to load followed by "there is a technical fault with this channel,please try again"

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Both channels working ok.

Mind Sky Max channel wanted a parental pin to watch.

Thanks .  I think somehow it forgot to ask for pin so defaulted to technical fault

You may have done so already.

But might be worth flagging to VR at that it was off at that time.
