Also, those are the EXACT issues I have. The weird sound and juddering. So I've changed to pass through and hope to at solves mine, if it does, I'll be absolutely buzzing. Been doing my head in for months. Quick question, do I lose Dolby atmos changing this setting?

Yeah you'll still get Atmos, it just means your receiver will handle the audio rather than the puck.
