Problems with Sound on a different Channels
The sound on my puck will completely cut off randomly. I have to switch channels to get the sound back on.
I turned off the hub also and turned it back on to see if the sound would start again.
this is a new issue on the same equipment that has been wiring fine previously.
I see others have had similar issues - does anyone know the fix it will I have to contact sky

@Steven19822 Sometimes these interferences can be a minor change to your set up. If you are not connected via an Ethernet cable has anything started to block or partially block the line of sight between your puck and router, or has someone put something close to either that wasn't there before?

Re: Problems with Sound on a different Channels
It's only started to happen recently after about a year. It's very annoying. It's quickly fixed but the hassle of it.
I've already rebooted the puck last week and it was fine then it's started again today. The distance from the puck to the base is about 5 yards it should manage that.
I'll give it the rest of the evening and contact sky tomorrow. They'll have to send me a Ethernet cable if it can't be resolved

Re: Problems with Sound on a different Channels
@Steven19822 The distance between your puck and router will not be the problem, it is more whether or not there is a clear line of sight between the two.

Re: Problems with Sound on a different Channels
Why does it matter about a clear line of site. The issue is not happening upstairs TV. This issue is not regarding a clear line of site

@Steven19822 As I said I am a fellow customer I am not a tech expert, all I can say when I had a problem Sky recommended I have a clear line of sight, and it solved my problem and I have recommended it to others on here and many have said it helped. I am only here to try and help it is up to you if you want to try the suggestions or not.
