Sky sports UHD picture stuttering

when watching sky sports on a Saturday or Sunday the picture freezes then goes really fast to catch up. This has been a problem since I upgraded to sky glass/stream I have had numerous visits from engineers and called Sky many times but no resolution to date. Any ideas?

I have spoken to sky and they have arranged a engineer visit, the fault still occurs on Ethernet cable as well
