@CCunningham93 Well obviously the "tech" works well for most of us, so there may be a fault with your equipment or more likely there is something with your set up that is not right.
Does your sound v vision problem only occur while watching sport in UHD or at other times as well? We are customers like yourself so give as a bit more information on the problem and how your system is set up and we will do our best to help.
