Problems Playing items in playlist

I've just come back to Sky from EE so I'm new to Sky Stream.

I've 'recorded' several programmes to my playlist, most playback ok, but the Moto GP I set to record today shows as recorded but will not play.

Secondly, I recorded MASH on Great TV, it shows series link, but then displays rent or purchase via Amazon Prime or episodes on later in the week but no episodes I've set to record, can anyone help please?
