Problem with live tv on Sky Stream

When I'm watching live tv on Sky Stream, the screen keeps going blank. The Sky Stream box is still working. The only way to start watching tv again is to turn the box off and on again, but after a while it does the same thing again.  I don't have this problem when watching live tv through the BBC iplayer app on the same Sky Stream box

We suffer the same problem by the time we get to watch it the program is finished. I suppose the next letter we have will be we are increasing your bill

@Shell1711 when it goes to a blank screen is this a blue screen with a message in the top left corner? If so, what is the message?

Also to help rule out problems it would be handy if you can reply with the rest of the speed test please, instructions below...

1. Open the Netflix app on Sky.
2. Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
3. Select Check Your Network.
4. Note the download speed displayed and share it here.

It's a blank, black screen with no message (if you click on back on remote, it goes back to home page so sky box is still on).

The speed test on Netflix was 329.36 Mbps

Interesting! Does this happen at specific times, eg when an ad break starts perhaps? Or is it totally random?
