I can no longer watch anything on Prone video from Sky Stream. When I click to play a series or film the adverts will play but then it says 'something went wrong'. 
I have tried everything, refreshing, turning it on and off. It works fine on my fire stick on the same tv, works fine on the app on my phone but will not work on the TV. 
Anyone had the same?

There's a lengthy thread about this already. It's affecting lots of Sky customers and has been for a week or two. No timeline for a fix has been given. 
Use the Prime Video app on your smart TV or on a streaming device instead.
