Sky are sending a replacement Sky Stream Puck as the current one is faulty.
I have a message from DPD saying 'Remember to have the other item ready for a speedy exchange with your driver' but no instructions from Sky on how to do this?
Do i wait for the DPD delivery and then put my old Puck in the new box?

Yes, but they won't want to hang around if it's awkward to unplug.
