Ppress preview missing

For the last four days there is nothing available to watch on sky News or press preview when I go to my playlist. All the shows are missing. Is this common to everyone? 

If so do you know why or how to fix. I have done all the switching on and off, rebooting and refreshing possible with no effect.

Your best bet to get this checked by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
