Power on issues with puck

Three consecutive days I have had to disconnect puck to get a connection (saying no WiFi) Is there something wrong with your puck or your WiFi both from sky and yes other items are connecting ok?

Re: Power on issues with puck

I contacted sky and a gent ran me through a reset.disconnect tv from mains, Press and hold main power button on the tv ,reconnect the power while holding power button down, wait for indicator light on front panel to flash red/orange. Release the button and follow on screen instructions. Good news it has worked. I thank those who tried to help,much appreciated

Change your puck to the following recommended settings set in the Puck Settings;
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.

Straight after making that change, perform a settings restart on your puck, this will ensure the changes setting is set correctly.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
