Baby tv

Baby tv has stopped working on my sky stream and it's been ok for months. Asking me to upgrade. Is this channel now a payment/subscription channel?

Baby TV has always been part of the Sky Kids pack ( as detailed here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass ).

 

There was an apparent technical issue which meant though that the channel ended up as being available to all for a short period.
