Poor streaming even on sky football +

How do I resolve poor streaming on sky Q, apps via Q box, including Sky football + on red button, BBC I player, DAZN, keep stopping and have poor quality. All work perfectly on IPad or smart TV.

use powerline adapters or ethernet. The Q's wifi is not good.
