Poor network on sky TV mini box

Poor connection

Poor picture quality

Throwing me out of apps

Message saying Technical error so unable to watch some programs on streaming apps and box often turns itself off. Plus not happy with the lack of channels that are available. I got more on my Freeview TV than on sky so basically I'm paying £15 a month just so I can get netflix and TV apps which I don't think is worth the money

Hi @Tash311

We are fellow customers here on the community. You can cancel if your in your 31 day cooling off. But did you not research the channels etc in the package before subscribing? Of course you can always upgrade your subscription.

In terms of your connection issues and picture quality likely all connected to the connection issues. Who is your ISP? What router are you using? What Broadband speed is the puck getting? (You can test in netflix> profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).

Also where is your puck situated? I.e ensure it's not enclosed or behind a TV etc.

If you have a Sky mini box then you are better off posting in the Sky Q forum. This forum is for Sky Stream Pucks. @Tash311
