Plug for the puck is deep, help
Plug for the puck is deep, I need a flatter one for wall mounted TV, any suggestions?

The use of any third party power supply with a Stream puck is not recommended. The puck is loaned to you and you will be liable for replacement cost if it is damaged by an incorrect power supply. Sky do not supply any other form of power adapter.
Also, if you are attempting to hide the puck behind the TV, this is not adviseable either as it can interfere with the WiFi connection.

If you mean the HDMI plug, you can get a right-angle plug or lead from e.g. Amazon.

Is it OK to use an extension lead and plug the Sky power lead into that?
