A commonly reported problem with films which are broadcast on Channel 5 with a news break in the middle.
It's a problem without a solution though.
Channel 5 do not supply the correct metadata to Sky in order for the second half of films to be playlisted. The only thing you can do is look directly on the My5 app to see if the film is available on there to stream, otherwise you're out of luck.

Re: Playlist
Unfortunately that's typical where channels insist on inserting a (bogus) 'News' item that splits the runtime of the film. They do this to evade Ofcom limits on the number of advertising breaks which can be included within a movie but it causes both Recording (on Q) and Playlist (on Glass/Stream) to fail.

I'd say it's unclear if it's actually a metadata issue or that Sky cannot treat the film as one item and so risk incurring the wrath of Ofcom themselves, given it's a fairly cynical attempt by the channels that do it to game Ofcom regulation.
