Playlist has disappeared

My playlist has completely disappeared about a month ago. I have done everything everyone has suggested to do and nothing. I added a few programs a couple of days ago but they have now disappeared too!! What is going on sky???

You are talking to other customers not Sky. Sky dont routinely reply to posts here and they have no way of identifying you from a post.  Have you called sky and reported the fault to them?
