Netflix

I am new to sky stream.when I click on netflix it says app not currently available.I have a pre existing netflix account.I no longer need the latter account.how do I proceed.Thanks.

Hi @Smr2 

 

When you sign into netflix with your existing account it will tell netflix that sky are taking over the billing element of the account. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix.

 

However it sounds like you can't get as far as opening the app? Try unplugging your puck for at least 2 minutes and trying again. If that doesn't work go to settings > system management> resets and updates > refresh apps. Note this can take up to 24 hours to complete.

 

Failing that you may need to do a reset. But the usual advice here is to only do this with the assistance of Sky.
