Lets link your account

I can't sort my sky stream out it. It keeps saying page is restricted

Any ideas

Hi @Alison147 

 

Go to sky.com and sign in with your Sky ID and then try browsing to sky.com/activate

 

It should then let you enter the code displayed on screen. 

 

Remember you need to be using the same email address as the one used when ordering Sky Stream
