We are having the same problem on Sky stream puck. Reset it and still can't access channels I subscribe to. Anyone managed to get Skye to sort this?

Have you tried a reboot to see if that helps?
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

topic: Channel suddenly asking me to upgrade package to watch
Have subscription to Sky cinema but unable to watch programmes. Asking me to upgrade subscription. This is the same for anything in my playlist, recorded from any channel including movies 24, Nat Geo and ITV

Hi all,
We are aware of an issue where some customers are seeing the message “ To watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription.” when trying to play content from the Playlist on Sky Glass and Stream.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we have the right people working on it.
