The reason issues like that may take longer to fix is that its not affecting all users. Problems that affect all users are typically easier to replicate, diagnose and fix, however problems that affect only a subset of customers will tend to take longer to fix as Sky first need to investigate what is going on and replicate the issue so they are test potential fixes.

@MarkGoldsmith I originally raised this issue on this thread (although I am aware other similar threads are on the subject). Since posting and reading the various helpful comments I seem to have discovered that if you select a program to go into your Playlist (we have three individual ones) we select the personal playlist that we want. If however we then go to the main Playlist button and add it to that as well then the programs so far have remained in the 'Manage all' and therefore can be deleted when we have watched them.
It is however not ideal having to save a program twice but appears to be a solution.

A temporary fix that works.
Tried that and it's working and keeping Manage all populated ( not removing after a short time) and the correct playlist icon additional group staying also.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi Everyone
Can you check for me and see if the issue is now resolved please?
EDIT: You may need to restart the equipment or add something to the playlist, for the change to take effect

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid not have to restart anything.
But knocked them out of the main Playlist and left in the additional ones.
Looking good so far.
Added a new series to one of my additional playlists and it so far looks to be staying there.
All the others not playing ball earlier (blank icons and not showing in Manage all) are working fine now.
