Playlist. Am I missing something?

Guys. A question from a newly so please be gentle. Ive just moved from Virgin so not really liking the whole playlist issue at the moment. I'm a great Moto GP fan but refuse to pay the ridiculous rate TNT Sport are asking so........I set the playlist for the Sprint Race and then the main GP race. The play list never accepts the Sprint Race and this week has not accepted the main race but although the heading is correct when I go to my Playlist it gives me British Super Bike 😡😡😡 Any help would be greatfully appreciated, thanks

You will need to clarify what you mean. Do you subscribe to TNT or not? Also what do you mean by it never accepts? The easy way to describe the playlist is it's a bookmark to a broadcasters platform unless a show has cloud recorded. (Generally for sport this is sky content not TNT).

You are at the mercy of the broadcaster making the content available and the meta data between the broadcaster and sky. The easy option is to check HBO app for it rather than the sky UI. However if a tile is opening incorrectly issues like this can be reported to Sky's viewer relations team [email protected] is their email address. They will investigate and feedback as necessary.

To clarify, no I do not have TNT as previously stated far too expensive for the only sport I wish to access. I have tried to access my given sport via HBO but unfortunately found that the channel links the TNT coverage so is unavailable. At your suggestion I have emailed using the address you supplied so, thank you. I will now await their response.

Without a TNT Sports subscription you can't view sport in the HBO App. They aren't about to give something away for free that costs £30+ a month.

@Yowfailed TNT Sports is the primary broadcast rights holder for Moto GP in the UK. I believe that WDB make some events available to watch on the Quest TV channel, but i'd suspect that is for live viewing only, and that any on-demand viewing will always direct you to TNT Sports ( via HBO Max for on-demand).

Applying Moto GP to my playlist has previously (throughout the season so far) worked. I fully appreciate that its primary coverage via the TNT and HBO channels but as previously stated, setting Moto GP via the Quest channel has worked this season, until now!

Ok, see how you are playlisting this.

I often playlist some other Motorsport ( four wheels rather than two) from Quest and it usually is good as a cloud recording.

The VR team if they have not come back yet, do pass on and work with third party broadcasters for any issues.

They sometimes can take several days to come back with a reply.
