Every time I go to watch a certain programme in my play list it starts but if don't want to watch it completely by pressing the pause button or stop button it just carries on and it doesn't stop or pause the programme been in touch with sky team telling them what's the issue they said it's an intermittent issue and that's what causes it and also the homepage goes blue and blank screen with nothing showing with the sky logo showing and you try to bring it back it doesn't you can't do anything then after a few hours it comes back everything the homepage and you can use it many thanks

If anything else in the property is using the internet at the same time, i can see why you would get issues with that broadband speed, as it is right on the borderline.

Sky broadband engineer came out and made a few adjustments to the sky puck leads and outside adjustments he said the current speeds are perfectly fine and nothing wrong did a few tests and it's all OK

Not sure why you have linked my user name in a blank post in this thread.
For your first post, try a restart of your puck.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Just so that we know what we're working with here...
1. What shows in the playlist are affected, and what services are they playing from?
2. What speed is Netflix app telling you on the device?
- Open the Netflix app on Sky.
- Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
- Select Check Your Network.
- Note the download speed displayed.
This extra info might help, if @lettice advice didn't already fix it.

It's reading 32 29 mbps it's usually only fools and horses plus eastenders and the bill but it's only programmes which you can add to the play list like watching programmes but it seems settled now I believe

That is definitely ok for Stream but I'd describe it as borderline, if there was wifi interference or congestion it could drop below the suggested speeds.
I would recommend to do the test again if it freezes again and report back here what the speed is.
