Previously Sky Customer moved to NOW want to move back to Sky

Hi there!

 

new to the group please can someone help?

 

We were for a very long time sky customers, then due to a house fire we had to move out for a while stopped sky but moved to NOW as more flexible,  we are back in the house now and want SKy , but everytime I try and join it says I am an existing customer , also have broadband with NOW.

 

Please help its driving me nuts!!!

Are you open to calling Sky? I reckon they'd be able to get you back on board quite quickly if they could speak to them. 

Go to https://www.sky.com/help/home and click "need more help". Within there will be an 0333 number you can call.

@Flowerlady65 out of curosity, are you looking to switch your broadband back over to Sky as well or just sign up to the TV part. I know from experience that you can't switch online from NOW broadband to Sky Broadband, as the online tool does a line check and detects a NOW broadband service as being a Sky broadband service. You can definately switch between the 2 but for this you need to phone Sky to place the order as it can't be done via Sky's online system.
