Pixelating on ITV1 - Emmerdale 1 April

Emmerdale unwatchable due to pixelating and black screen.  Not a problem on other channels.  Hard wired puck to Router and speed over 55Mbts.  Fairly new customer and disappointed to read that this is a fairly common problem with Sky.
