Pink/Colour Screen - Sky Stream
Hello,
I have just had an issue with my puck for the second time.
Puck working fine this morning, turned it on this afternoon and the screen looked like it does on the attached image. After a factory reset it came up with 'Welcome to Sky' but washed in a pink hue. Tried my 2nd puck and it's showing 'Welcome to Sky' in the same multicoloured way as the first time.
Tried 3 separate HDMI cables/ports and a separate power supply and no joy.
I think last time I left it all for awhile powered down and it randomly started working again but that isn't an ideal solution each time if it's going to happen again.
Any ideas anyone? Or just faulty boxes?

Re: Pink/Colour Screen - Sky Stream
@abmcg have you tried them on a different TV to eliminate your TV being the problem?

Re: Pink/Colour Screen - Sky Stream
I didn't, BUT I think I've discovered the problem. My TV wasn't connected to the internet. Not quite sure why that would affect the puck in this way so could just be coincidence but as soon as I reset the TV WiFi settings the puck started working again.
