Pin on second unit

Got Sky Stream today 3rd April 2025 for two rooms.  Set up in Living room ok, and changed my pin.  Went to set up second unit, and it won't except my new pin, my original pin or the last four digits of my payment method.  What have I done differently?

Have you tried on the second puck entering the last four numbers of the mobile number that you registered with Sky when ordering?

You can also on the setup, ignore the pin as it bypasses that stage and lets you carry on with the setup.

The next reboot it will use your changed pin for parental etc that you setup on your first puck.
