Sky stream

I am new customer and only received one box, how do I get this resolved. So we can have multi room ?

@Coz2  How many stream pucks did you order? your order confirmation email should show this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Coz2 on your MySky app, add the Whole Home package. That'll let you add additional pucks. You may need to pay a setup fee per puck, but often the first one is included. And then Whole Home itself will have a monthly fee.

 

If you've already added that but they didn't arrive, maybe double check how many you ordered and if any other deliveries are due.
