Exactly this. Trying to access a series on Sky Atlantic that I've been watching. Says I've tried 3 times with PIN code and it's locked and to try again in 10 mins. Except I haven't even used the pin once!
Can anyone help?

Sorry this should be sky stream. I ended up unplugging puck and restarting and this worked.
