Picture, sound and freezing problems.

We frequently lose sound, sometimes the picture freezes and other times the screen goes a blank hey colour.

Resetting the box can help. I have seen a few issues with regard to network connection dropping, but I've never had an issue with picture or buffering etc.

@Dmc13   This can sometimes happen if your internet speed is poor, do you know what it is?  Also if not connected with an Ethernet cable between your router and puck it can also happen. If not connected with an Ethernet cable check your puck is placed away from other objects, not next to them or on top of them, also try and give your router and puck an unobstructed view of each other.  Just adjusting your set up in these ways can often solve it

I have the exact same issue. If I leave it, it sorts itself out after a couple of minutes. Bloody annoying.
