I have three Sky stream pucks.
two of which are affecting me I can't comment on the third as I don't personally use it ( brothers room)
I watch my content between two of the pucks e.g. lounge in the day bedroom and the night...
I have checked picture settings on both packs and have manually swapped between UHD and auto and neither has solve this issue
for the last couple of weeks whenever I watch something on one and View is in best picture mode available, e.g. HD/UHD and then I try to continue on the second puck it drops all the way down to a very poor low standard definition which is fuzzy, hazy and unbearable.
to solve it can take me 40 minutes of powering off powering back on changing the setting to low definition back to high definition back to low definition back to UHD power off back on until eventually it will allow me to load in the correct HD/UHD format I've tried to look for settings and apps I've tried for settings on the puck nothing I can find It's basically forcing me to watch two series at a time one upstairs one downstairs unless I'm prepared to put up with this now when I say standard definition I don't even think it's that it's so low i don't even think terrestrial TV ever aired this poor. is completely unwatchable.
haven't had pucks for quite awhile now this is a new issue as I've always used it like this now I know that there is a way to wipe these parks and start over but that's gonna force me to manually log into every single app again which is gonna be a nightmare and I don't even know if that'll even help ..
is anyone else getting this? Or the most people only have one puck?
My contract's gone stupidly expensive and it's time to renew and I'm seriously considering Counselling one of the pucks and simply moving the main one up and down each night as that would be less hassle and save me money at the moment paying for the extra one isn't giving me any benefit
