My Sky Pucks keeps saying no internet connection. I work from home fine, both my partner and I have perfect phone internet and my son can game on his PlayStation. I have reset the router and unplugged both Pucks but to no avail. I have reset the connection on sky (when I can get on) and this also has made no difference. What else can be causing this? It's making me think that oddly both Pucks need replacing
