Pick won’t turn on AV/TV
How do you get the sky puck to turn on the AV and the TV, the AV needs to have the Arc cable plugged into the TV.
the puck is in HDMI slot 3, the AV uses the ARC output and is plugged into the ARC input in the TV, this is exactly the same set up as I used with the Sky Q satellite and worked fine.
I've tried to plug the puck into the AV ARC and the AV in the Sat output on the AV and into the ARC in the TV, but the puck doesn't even switch on the AV let alone the TV.
What am I doing wrong?

There's a facility in sky glass (not sure about the puck) to setup an external sound system remote control

Re: Pick won’t turn on AV/TV
@Crash+Master the puck can power on your TV exactly tgecsame as uour Q box did if HDMI-CEC is turned on both the puck and the TV. The TV then in turn should power on the AV kit on the ARC connection assuming they are both set up correctly. Many TVs have setttings for each HDMI input so check the TV's settings menu with the puck powered up and connected. TV makers often give HDMI control different names like Bravia Sync
HDMI-CEC is great when it works but an absolute pain to trouble shoot when it doesn't. If you post the make and model of TV forum members can probably advise.
