Persistent failure of sky puck

Picture glitching, freezing or sky puck crashing altogether. WiFi is good and stable. This is the second puck received from sky with the  same problem. I have gone through the full cycle of checks, reset, factory reset multiple times without success

Re: Persistent failure of sky puck

Huge thanks - upon checking I could see I was getting less than 3mps! - I have moved the puck which has significantly improved the speed. Hopefully this is the long term solution.

Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? It's the only way to see what speed is actually being received by the puck.

Glad it helped. The pucks have a small WiFi antenna inside them so ideally need to be as out in the open as possible, away from any other electrical device which could cause interference.
