Hi. It looks like I've been paying for Disney+ since October but the app won't let me access the platform.
How can I get the app to work and be compensated for paying anf not being able to access it?

What error do you get? Does the disney plus login work on other devices?
You won't get compensated for a subscription you haven't used, as the subscription isn't tied into to only being played on one device, it can be used anywhere you can login to disney +. Also Sky won't be able to refund subscriptions to third party apps as the payments go over to the third party to pay for the subscription.
