Notification message

A message has appeared on screen. Bottom right - it says Notification. I'm using Sky Stream. It comes on and goes after a few minutes. Anyone help with this?

@MrTT  Thats your TV showing it and nothing to do with your Sky Stream box, you need to use the TV's own remote to remove the message.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
