Pause tv- within 10 minutes the sky pluck turns itself off

Yea it's ridiculous, same happens to me since about a month ago.

Can make breakfast in peace need to run to remote to start and stop the program every 5 min so it doesn't turn off...

Sky lost the plot in this one.

Interesting reading this thread... Just changed from Sky Q... This is awful. How do we know if Sky are reading this and will give feedback?

My stream turns off very quickly (10 minutes I guess) if I go away from the TV, on playlist (less annoying) or on live TV. It's ridiculous.

New update has changed this ..... now on live pause for 25 mins then resumes playing

Hi @JCVW1  Further to the post from @Jporch316 the update is currently rolling out in batches and I was updated last week.  The update you are waiting for is UI version 3.79.0

that's going to be quite a jump?
