Paramount+

Paramount+ is not working on any of my appliances. I have refreshed and updated and it still will not let me watch anything. Just keeps saying 'Uh-Oh. An error has occurred, but we're working on fixing it. We'll be up and running again shortly!'. 

Been like it for 24 hours now so would like compensation for paying for it with no explanation as to why I can't watch it!!!

Paramount plus is a 3rd party service and not owned by sky. When you say all your devices also on non sky devices? Have you rebooted your router etc?

I've had a quick google and one suggestion is to sign out of the paramount app and then sign back in 

 

if that doesn't work and you are having the issue on devices other than the sky puck it may be better to contact paramount support

Thank you. I have tried all that already. Will give it until tomorrow and then call to hopefully get it sorted.
