No sky tv

It was working yesterday.today it says there's a problem with the internet but the internet is working all the lights are on.

Try turning both your Puck and your broadband router off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before restarting your router, and wait until it has fully restarted before turning your Puck back on.

Yes it's a Sky Stream Puck. The little black box connected to your TV.

I have unplugged the router and the puck put them back in and still no sky tv

Try going into settings and selecting the reset network option - this will force you to re join your WiFi network
