It may not be relevant to this but sharing because it's a hot topic. 

I'll dig into this specific error and respond shortly.

3304 seems to be an issue connecting to the servers. As a first fix attempt try this...

1. Go to Settings
2. System management
3. Resets & updates
4. Restart device

It may also be worth restarting your router.
