Had to reset password, through paramount app on line . 

Seems to be working now

Hi @Ray1968 You don't give much detail of the issue so it is difficult to give advice. I'm assuming you have the free Paramount + by having a Sky Cinema subscription.

 

If you moved from any other Sky product to Stream (Sky Q etc) all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link) 

 

You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following:  Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following:  your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema. If so select Activate subscription.

I do have sky cinema , I was actually watching paramount , when it froze , it now asks me to sign in , which I click on, but nothing happens , all other apps work.  I have rebooted, and updated apps ect , same thing   .

When you say rebooted, do you mean a Sky Stream Puck settings restart?

 

An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete fully.

 

Might also be worth restarting your broadband router/hub, with your Sky Stream puck in standby when doing so.

I'm getting "welcome back ect ect... Press " enter paramount+ to automatically sign in " I press nothing happens . Turned off router ect .. no effect

Just in case other people have the same problem , I just used the same password as I use for sky?  It might make a difference if you change it ? Also used my phone to log in using the QR code I got on my screen 👍
