Paramount +

I've got sky stream hate it to be honest but hey! Now paramount + won't work and saying I need to pay although I get it free with sky cinema need to watch mobland help!!

Thank you for your replies all is good now I went in the set up settings and for some reason it said I had unsubscribed so I've re subscribed and we're back on! Appreciate your help :))

Have you activated it as per Skys instructions: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus

 

If so is it showing in sky marketplace as a free subscription? Has it ever worked?

Hi there

yes we have been watching paramount plus not had an issue but now when I try a it doesn't let me sign in then when I've tried to view my products on my sky it comes up with an error code! :-/! Really fed up since having this for the month always had sky q never an issue now we've moved close to trees we can't hve sky q due to no signal! I mean we're 2025 right?

@Fay15 Paramount+ has been a bit temperamental since yesterday and the issues seem to be MobLand related. I've had various issues when I've tried to launch Episode 8 directly from the playlist and Paramount+ app.

What is the error code you are getting.

 

Assume you have tried a restart of your Sky Stream box;

 

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

Would recommend a reboot of your broadband router.

Plus try a refresh of your Sky Stream apps;

 

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
  2. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.
