Hi all, got stream last week and so far apart from sound weirdly disappearing after about 20 mins of anything playing back for 2 seconds have had no problems. Today I linked up paramount which we previously used on our Sky q. App told me that I had to re set it on the new stream and I registered for the free pack as we have cinema. On loading I can get nothing to play. Anything I choose just goes to a black screen with a spinning black circle. Also i notice that all the clip feeds for the programmes are highly pixelated for the first few seconds before settling down. This never happened on my Sky Q. I have refreshed apps on the box and have done a number of restarts but still nothing will play. All other apps eg Netflix, Amazon, apple work flawlessly. WiFi is rock solid with the Netflix app showing it connects at 340.9mb.
I can also no longer sign into my built in tv app for paramount to check as it says I need to first go to the log in page for whoever provides the free account (sky?)
anyone help?
