Unable to set up sky puck

Trying to set up my second sky puck for whole home. Won't accept my PIN number or let me connect to my account

@WH5  Make sure you are signed into your MySky account and that you are using the. same email address as the other puck.  The default PIN is the last 4 numbers of the phone number you have registered with Sky.

Tried the last four numbers of my mob number did not like it pressed on forgot pin code put in new pin took me back to the beginning
